Le Pont des Arts

Le Pont des Arts is a very romantic bridge in Paris which crosses the Seine River. It has an incredible number of Love Locks. It symbolize the lover's everlasting love. Some even throw away the key in the Seine.

  3. What a simple, but vivid gesture of love. I am currently adding this to my life's to-do list. I suppose I will have to check off "go to Paris" first.

  22. :) Love it. There's a bridge in Moscow -Luzhkov Bridge- that has the same thing. It's traditional for just married couples to stop there and put a lock into it.

  26. Ahhh this makes me miss Paris so much. I long for it so badly, especially these last few months. A bit of my family lives in Paris, and the rest scattered through out Dijon and Tours. I love this post!
